We’re excited to serve you at The Kenny Cole Salon! To keep things running on time and ensure the best possible service, we ask that all clients review and follow the policies below. These standards help us stay consistent, respectful, and prepared for your visit. Please read the following:
There is a $150 deposit required at the time of booking. I understand and acknowledge that this $150 deposit is nonrefundable and applies to Shampoo & Style services only.
I understand that all services are à la carte, and that all pricing will be discussed exclusively during the in-person consultation. I also understand that prices are not provided over the phone.
I understand the appointment options are:
Consultation Only ($50): This appointment is for consultation purposes only. No services will be performed. The consultation fee is nonrefundable and non-transferable.
Shampoo & Style with Consultation: The consultation and Shampoo & Style service are provided the same day.
I acknowledge that Zelle is the only accepted form of payment, and that all payments are final with no refunds or transfers for any reason.
By moving forward and making the payment, I agree to comply with all salon policies, including: no children, no guests, and no loud or disruptive behavior. Only the client scheduled to receive services is permitted.
